- Simpler Navigation: We’ve re-organized the layout so your primary tools are exactly where you expect them to be. No more digging through menus to find a core function.
- Enhanced Visibility: Jumping between different projects and cameras used to feel disjointed. Our new architecture lets you oversee multiple sites and sites with multiple cameras simultaneously without losing your place.
- Faster Image Browsing: Hunting for a specific event in the calendar used to mean clicking through tiny thumbnails. We’ve fixed that by letting you see high-res images instantly in the main viewer as you browse the calendar.
Feature Spotlight: New & Upgraded Capabilities
Here is a look at the key improvements now available in the Timescapes platform:
1. Projects View
You now have a centralized dashboard for every project in your portfolio, making it easier to manage and switch between multiple projects. You can filter by status and even cycle through cameras right from the grid view.
2. Multiview
If you’re managing a site with multiple cameras, you can now see all camera views simultaneously. As you browse different dates or times in the calendar, every camera view updates at the same time. It’s the most efficient way to cross-reference progress from every angle of your site.
3. High-Speed Calendar Navigation
We’ve overhauled the calendar function to make browsing through historical images much faster. Just hover over a date and time in the calendar to see the full image in the main viewer instantly. No more closely inspecting thumbnails when you're trying to find an important moment of your project.
4. Intelligent Tool Integration
Timescapes tools work intelligently together. You can use Compare, Annotate, BIM Overlay, and Share in combination without having to close one to open the other. It’s a seamless workflow for documenting a site issue and sending it to the team in seconds.
5. Live Video & Recording (available in North America only)
Exclusive to our North American users, we’ve integrated live video streaming and recording directly into the new UI. Observe key activities as they happen or retrieve recorded footage to investigate a critical incident. Video capabilities deliver uninterrupted visibility so that key events and milestones are never missed.

- If you’re not already a customer, book a demo with us to see it in action.
- If you’re already a customer, just click the blue "Try our new UI" button at the top right of your screen when you’re inside the platform.
- Can I go back to the old version? Yes, a toggle is available for you to jump back and forth between the old and new UI whenever you want.
- For how much longer can I still access the old UI? We anticipate the old UI to be accessible for up to three months from the release date of the new UI (Feb 2026).
- How will I know when the old UI will be retired? We will communicate regularly between now and the cutoff date to ensure you are well aware of any upcoming changes.
- Is live video available globally? Currently, Live Video and Recording are available to users in North America only.
